All Valley United performance stream and skills centre teams play in the Nova Scotia Soccer League in both summer and winter. Schedules, rosters, team staff and results can all be found on their site.
Valley United community youth and mini, Senior A, Masters and Ladies Over-30 teams all participate in the Valley District Soccer Association league during the summer season.
Valley United Senior A teams play in the VDSA Winter league out of the Credit Union Rec Complex during the winter season.
Valley United's Over-45 team participates in the Over-45 division of the Metro Senior Men's Soccer League during the summer season.
